We are a growing proprietary trading firm in Florida looking for a Trading Assistant to support our daily operations. If you are a "numbers person" who enjoys organization and wants to see how a professional trading floor operates, this is for you.

Position: Trading Operations Associate (Junior or Senior Level)

The Role:

This is an entry-level position focused on accuracy and operational support. You will ensure our trading data flows perfectly from the market to our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Export daily trade executions from broker platforms (Moomoo/Futu/DAS).

Record Keeping: Accurately input trade data into our Odoo ERP system.

Monitoring: Assist in monitoring pre-market scanners and system status.

Reporting: Help prepare simple daily P&L summaries.

Requirements:

Extreme Attention to Detail: You are someone who catches a missing decimal point every time.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with Windows 11 and Excel (basic formulas).

Reliable: Trading happens on a strict schedule; punctuality is non-negotiable.

Education: High school diploma required; college students or recent grads are welcome.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience).

Pay Cycle: Bi-weekly (Every two weeks).

Paid Federal Holidays: Yes, we observe and pay for major U.S. federal holidays.

Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses based on data accuracy and team efficiency.

Growth: Opportunity to be trained as a Junior Trader within 6-12 months.

Senior Responsibilities (in addition):

Execute live trades following strict rules

Higher responsibility in risk and position management

Requirements:

Strong discipline and reliability

Proficient with TradingView

Good English reading ability

Day trading experience preferred for Senior level

Work Schedule: Trading Days Only — Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (7.5 hours/day, including 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
